(I'm updating the original review to reflect activity through January 20, 2022). If you're an out-of-state car buyer, I would avoid this dealership. On a Monday in December 2021, I called their used car person (Joanna D) about a used car for sale. It took her until Thursday to call me back and we discussed the car. I received a call from a supervisor two weeks later, on a Monday, asking if I was still interested in the car, which I was. So the following Thursday I called the used car person back to purchase the car. No call back from her by the following day, so I then called and talked to their internet sales person. He stated that he didn't see the car listed for sale but would call me back. I should mention that when I checked the dealers website that same day, it showed the car for sale, at a price $500 less than the prior day. 30 minutes later, still no call back from their internet sales person (Ruben M) so I called him back. He said the car was sold a couple of weeks ago. I said I had received a call from one of the dealer personnel a week prior asking if I was still interested in buying the car, and that on the day of my call to Ruben, the dealership reduced the price of the car by $500, all of which would indicate the car was in stock. Ruben stated it had been sold. I asked why he didn't call me back and tell me, and he said he was busy with other customers. Later that day after posting the above information to google reviews, the car salesperson called me back and said the car WAS in stock. So I proceeded to purchase the car, unaware that these issues with the dealer were going to continue. During the purchase process I asked several times if the dealership was going to take care of the title and registration of the car and was told that they were. Over the next couple of days, the dealership provided me with the incorrect purchase price for the car, did not initially provide a schedule detailing all fees associated with the sale as requested, and provided incorrect banking information. Nevertheless, I wired the money to the dealership around Monday, December 6th. The car was released to the transportation company on Wednesday, December 15th. and shipped to me. I received some paperwork from the dealership to sign shortly thereafter which would result in the title and registration being sent to me. A week later the dealership called and asked if I had yet had the car inspected by the DMV and emission tested. This was a surprise to me, as the salesperson told me multiple times that they were handling the title and registration. They said that they weren't this part of the transaction. So I had the car inspected and emission tested at the DMV and send the related documents to the dealership on December 28th. Now, on January 20th, 3 weeks later, I still don't have the title and tags for the car. I've contacted the dealership twice to find out the status (the 1st time was a week ago) and they have not yet gotten back to me. So I have the car, but no title or tags for it. I will update this review if and when the title and tags are received. More

Also sales staff walking around eating lunch in front of customers waiting for their cars or for a sales associate is bad form. More
