This gentleman and his employee, Mohammed Habibi made my car-buying experience the worst I’ve ever had. To explain, I had an approved loan from Chase, but the car I originally wanted was sold. I then deci car-buying experience the worst I’ve ever had. To explain, I had an approved loan from Chase, but the car I originally wanted was sold. I then decided on a Passat and mentioned to them a minimum of five times, please do not run my credit check, just ask Chase to recalculate the existing approval, and if they refuse (because of high mileage) DO NOT ASK ANY OTHER BANK!!! Mister Rocco and his employee, Mohammed Habibi, ran credit checks with various banks without my knowledge. As a result, I received 11 hard inquiries on my credit report. They even attempted to run a check for a car that we hadn't discussed. The best part was when I finally figured out what they were doing. I asked them why they did it when I specifically told them not to. Their response was, "It wasn't me; it was Chase running the credit check by itself." This was meant to be a story for a two-year-old, but it turned out to be a really humiliating experience. It was absolutely frustrating! Most greedy experience in my life. Stay away from those two!!! More
