Continually would ignore my questions and answer with more questions and constantly push me to just come in because she didnt wanna deal with it. Would appreciate answers to the questions I actually asked instead of constantly changing the subject to your own agenda and giving me vague jibberish about how my experience will be so great. My experience would be great if you actually answered the questions Ive asked you so I could make an informed purchasing decision instead of constantly telling me how great you are. Probably the rudest most condescending person I have ever dealt with at a car dealership. Even insulted me after I told her I was going somewhere else and said I failed to understand the information I was given. This dealership needs some lessons in customer service. More

Do not go to VW of Akron for sales or service We purchased our GTI here in May of 2015. Worst car buying experience of our lives. Go elsewhere Took car in for warranty rust repair through VW. They had car for over 4 months. Car finally got fixed but I had to keep call Ryan for updates if he w Took car in for warranty rust repair through VW. They had car for over 4 months. Car finally got fixed but I had to keep call Ryan for updates if he would take the call. So after months of waiting I call to ask the body shop hows the car. They had no record of the car. I call Akron VW and they said Oh yeah we just got the car and we need to clean it. Well a week goes by no call. So I call again, yes car is ready. We run over late in the day to pick up car. Get there and ask for the car. I see a little argument in the service office they come out pull car around in front of building walk in and say there she is. I ask so no paper work for me and they say no. Walk out to car by myself car is dirty outside and inside fingerprints all over interior trim work. Frustrated after all the waiting I drive home. I call afterwards to find out if the other items non rust repair where done. No they didn't do anything else including a recall item from VW. I would not recommend you go for service here. This is not my only VW I own 5 a Jetta, Passat, GTI, Golf R and Alltrack. More
