fast and friendly service; clean ; i will say that the only thing that was a little aggravating is that i was charged a fee for the credit card use; it was not that way last time i serviced the vehicle. t only thing that was a little aggravating is that i was charged a fee for the credit card use; it was not that way last time i serviced the vehicle. they need to inform the customer when we make an appt., also the fee for service went up, i guess like everything. The service manager understood my problem and scheduled me for service right away. As there were a few big jobs in progress, the dealership spotted me a Lyft ride to take me home so that I could work while me for service right away. As there were a few big jobs in progress, the dealership spotted me a Lyft ride to take me home so that I could work while I waited. When my vehicle was finished, they once again covered the cost of a Lyft ride back to the dealership. It turned out that one tire had a nail in it. There was no charge to me for the repair. This is the second time I was not charged for light service. I have no idea how Viva pays their employees when they don't charge me, but I will keep bringing them my vehicle. At the dealership, it would be nice if they kept both coffee and tea re-stocked for those who like to wait on site for their vehicle. More

Normally my service takes between an hour and an hour and a half. It took nearly 4 hours to complete and wasn’t fully completed. When I received my vehicle shortly after 11 (service was scheduled for 7:30) i a half. It took nearly 4 hours to complete and wasn’t fully completed. When I received my vehicle shortly after 11 (service was scheduled for 7:30) it drove without issue for a few miles until I received a check engine light approximately 10 miles north on the interstate. I pulled over and called the dealership about it and they responded with a service tech that can diagnose the issue won’t be in until the following week (it is Thursday at the day of service). I then pop open the hood and notice oil splatter everywhere in my engine bay and the oil cap is nowhere to be found. I later located the oil cap within the hood latch mechanism. Upon further inspection the plastic trim around the hood latch appeared to be broken and cracked due to the hood closing on the oil cap within the mechanism. I then replaced the oil cap and returned to the dealership after sending an employee photographs of the incident. When I arrived to the dealership I was contacted by a service advisor at my vehicle to resolve the issue. I then waited at the dealership for approximately 30-45 minutes and received my car and clean and working order aside from the broken trim around the hood latch mechanism. Overall: The service adviser Andrew did a phenomenal job, however the service tech Reyes (according to the received report) showed blatant disregard for the care and completion of servicing my vehicle.
