No one ever called to keep us informed, we had to call to get information and nothing was ever on time. Service: made an online appointment and showed up and they said they never received the notice that an appointment was made, then they tried to make me feel like it was my fault. Parts: ordered a key and paid for it, ten days later no phone call or notice of any kind. I finally called in and after I was told parts was "busy", I held for ten minutes and was then told that it would be a few more days until the key would be in. Thanks for the lousy service Vescovo.
