I had my oil changed in my 2015 IS350 F Sport and was told that I needed a new battery (approximately a year and half ago). My battery hadn't given me any problems but I trusted the "expert" recommendat told that I needed a new battery (approximately a year and half ago). My battery hadn't given me any problems but I trusted the "expert" recommendation from the Toyota representative and felt good about the warranty they sold me on. I was sold an expensive Toyota brand battery at around $127 and even charged $44 extra for it's installation. The battery came with an 84 month warranty. Today the battery failed and I called Toyota expecting great service and was informed that since I drive a Lexus and not a Toyota they will not warranty the battery. I was told that the employee that sold me the battery should not have and that he no longer works there. Buyer beware! I would have been better off not trusting their representative. My original battery was working great and now I'm out of Luck. -K B More
The work was done very well. However, while seated outside because of COVID-19 the manager didn’t care for my choice under the canopy. Sent out a kind young man that said he wanted me to move.
