Service was not the best and was lied to more than once during my visit. I was told I could not get the military discount and was told I couldn’t register my car in a state of my DL. I was hoping I still received a full tank of gas once the salesperson drove my car to my apartment. No, it was not full. I had to contact corporate to get assistance. I received a phone call the next day and received great service from the manager. I did not receive great service from the salesperson and the finance guy. More

No complaints about the actual service completed. The person who helped me with checking in my car was nice and friendly. My biggest frustration is the lack of communication and follow up in general from the service department. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change but did not receive a confirmation email. When I called to verify the appointment, no one answered the phone after several attempts over several days. I had to call my sales rep to get confirmation. I then dropped my car off and after I left, they let me know they did not have the right kind of oil for my car but that they would call me when they received it. After 10 days of waiting for a call, I called back myself. No one answered the phone again over several days. I finally got a call back after leaving 2 voicemails. I was told to bring the car in any time, without an appointment, and they change the oil first since I had to wait however it took almost 5 hours to complete the oil change. The department seems unorganized and understaffed. More

The service manager got me in for a brake job in just a few days when all the local garages said it would be a month. Not only did they get me in much quicker, but it was cheaper as well.
