Good service. But my car does not have a wheel lock key and I was told I must have misplaced it when I didn't even know I have locknuts on the car. All aspects of my Vision experience were top-notch. The facility is clean. Restrooms clean. ONly minor glitch is the hard time finding a place to park (it was the last day of the month - a very busy tim facility is clean. Restrooms clean. I recently had my 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe towed in for an engine problem. The engine was found to be defective and needed to be replaced under warranty. My Service Advisor, Matt, was very helpful and kept engine problem. The engine was found to be defective and needed to be replaced under warranty. A loaner vehicle was offered, which I declined since I had a second vehicle available already. In less than a week, my vehicle was repaired and ready to go! More
