I really wanted to like the service center but their communication is horrible. When I called, I asked to schedule an appointment when it was most convenient for them, meaning they had the time to atte communication is horrible. When I arrived I was told to wait and they’d let me know when it was ready. After an hour, I went to check, and only then was told I should get a ride because they’re “busy.” As I was leaving, I saw them pull my car around from the front…they hadn’t even started yet.
