I appreciate them handling my situation, but I wish they would give accurate estimates for when my car would be ready. They told me it would get detailed in an hour at 11am. My car didn’t show any of the problems I took it in for, but the customer service was wonderful. I did not feel like my problems were being brushed to the side. First, my service advisor Matt Melino was great about keeping in communication with me during the 2+ weeks my car was there while they tried to find what was causing the problem. And I sure appreciated keeping in communication with me during the 2+ weeks my car was there while they tried to find what was causing the problem. And I sure appreciated the loaner vehicle during that time! I wish the service techs had done a better job of cleaning up after themselves. However, once that oversight was brought up the Vision president called me himself! They picked the car back up and did a beautiful detailing job and it looks like a brand new car. It seems that Vision really cares about their customers' happiness. More
