I came in for a NYS inspection and new wipers + a overall check of the car; this all went well. Two days before my appointment, however, I was sent a text that offered a car for me to use during my wait t check of the car; this all went well. Two days before my appointment, however, I was sent a text that offered a car for me to use during my wait to go to a local coffee shop instead of waiting in the waiting area. When I asked about it, and told Michelle, the person who served me, that I had accepted the offer via text, she told me that "maybe there is a shuttle; I will ask about it." She never came back to tell me any details. The dealership is under construction - so I was waiting in the wrong section of the parking lot, unable to see the sign on the door because it was snowing. I was pretty frustrated that I had been there first and had been waiting and was in the wrong place. I would have appreciated a notification about this when the reminder of my appointment came via text. More
