We’ve bought 3 cars, from them. We still have #2, our beloved 2005 Tucson GL. She’s almost 16 years old, and has 82k, but they treat her/us always so well, when servicing is needed. I called and spoke with salesperson Billy Blattner. I explained I didn’t need a new car just was putting feelers out. I gave him the measurements of the crate and he called me back with cars it would fit into. I decided then that I needed to see these vehicles and made an appointment to come into the dealership that afternoon. I saw him and he took me to look at a couple of different vehicles…again no pressure…. And helped me weigh my options versus one vehicle to the other. He was ,I felt, honest telling me the price and what I was able to get for my trade in. I believe he worked in getting me the best deal . I thank him and the Vision team. This is our first Hyundai vehicle. Love it! You get more for your money with a foreign car, then with an American made car. We have been Chevy people for past 35 years. When we first went to dealership, salesman was very attentive, and worked to get our business, although he didn't mention for a few dollars more, we could have had the upgraded Calligraphy model. We bought a 2021 Santa Fe, to be picked up next day at 11:00 a.m. Got into dealership at correct time, waited for over 4 hours for paperwork to be completed. They sent over another salesman to placate us, we refused to work with original salesman. The second salesman Joey Greco, was fantastic! Was told by first salesman that there was wi-fi in car (no), license plate is off center on front of car, told that can be fixed (no), no emergency tire kit in car. Will deal with Vison Hyundai again with Joey Greco or Billy Blattner, never with the first Salesman (Al - the new Al, not the Al that's been there) More
