I was so surprised how quickly they were able to locate the vehicle I wanted and within a week and a half was ready for the 2022 Hyundai Santa Cruz. I was in the dealer on Saturday looking at a Pallsade Calllgraphy AWD MSRP of $51,245. Muneeb was the sales associate that greeted me. We went to his desk and asked me what I was looking for so I told hi Calllgraphy AWD MSRP of $51,245. Muneeb was the sales associate that greeted me. We went to his desk and asked me what I was looking for so I told him and for about the monthly payment. He looked and “That will never happen” never asked about trading in a vehicle and a down payment. I have a 2019 vehicle that is paid in FULL and estimated value at $19,500 and was going to be placing a $10,000 down payment total of about $30,000. None of this was asked. Financing only $20,00-$25,000 should be way under $500 per month. I told him I wanted to be under $500 a month. Again, absolutely NOTHING on his behalf was asked besides what I wanted. He was extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I got up and walked out, I have done my research and had no financing. Vision lost a sale and a customer, I will NEVER come to this location, again. I am extremely shocked and disappointed. More

Very disappointed with the service I received at this dealership . I brought my car in for a rubbing noise in steering wheel and came out with a crooked wheel 5 times back to service and wheel still croo dealership .
