Numerous problems? What happened? Used to be good I figured I'd give them one more chance. I needed an oil change and some warranty work done. Fortunately they weren't able to schedule the warranty vi I figured I'd give them one more chance. I needed an oil change and some warranty work done. Fortunately they weren't able to schedule the warranty visit. Who knows what would have happened if they had done more than an oil change. What did they do? It's more of what they didn't do. They didn't tighten the oil filter. Fortunately I spotted it somewhat quickly and took it back and it was only the oil filter. But with this place I've come to expect this kind of pattern. If I hadn't caught it I could have toasted the engine. On the bright side, the service writer was much better than the one I had to deal with previously. She actually got things taken care of quickly, just as she said. And it's not her fault the mechanic didn't tighten the oil filter. Unfortunately this experience with the mechanics is not unique. Previously I had an Explorer. I wanted an alignment. They did the alignment but wouldn't give me the print out showing before/after, etc. Claimed the machine that printed it didn't work. It didn't drive right. Took it back. Second time it still didn't drive right, and my dash cam captured them complaining about having to do the work again and the service writer bragging about tricking me on the printout and other things. It still didn't drive right. Had to take the Explorer to an alignment shop and pay again to have the work done right. There are other experiences, and one suspicion, going back further, but these two are enough to mention here. The problems don't end in service. In sales they tried to bait and switch me on an advertised F150. It listed a price and a list of all the Ford and dealer discounts. When doing the paper work I questioned why the truck was over $4k more than the advertised price, they said I didn't quality for some of the Ford discounts. Problem is I had a list of all the Ford discounts, and confirmed with Ford and another dealer that those applied to everyone. Needless to say I didn't buy from them. Sadly they are the only Ford dealer in my town. Not sure what to do about getting warranty work done now. :( More

Thunderbird Oil & Filter Change I brought in my 1992 Ford Thunderbird 5.0 Sport for an oil & filter change. Tiffany the Service Advisor is a true professional. I noticed the oil leve I brought in my 1992 Ford Thunderbird 5.0 Sport for an oil & filter change. Tiffany the Service Advisor is a true professional. I noticed the oil level was actually too high, after the oil change was completed. I texted her and explained the situation. She understood and listened to my request to drain off some of the oil to have the correct oil level in the engine. An engine that has too much oil can damage it also. Some folks think my car is just an old ugly Ford but to me it's a really good car, and very reliable. Preventative maintenance and scheduled oil changes ensures your vehicle will stay running for a long time. Tiffany listens and responds to all her customers, great job!! Thank You. More
