Service was great, however, I went on a road trip to Florida and got stranded in Louisiana, come to find out my spark plugs needed to be changed. That was the most terrible experience ever. High Preasure and a BIT DECEPTIVE They ran a Credit Check without telling me and then gave me a "Low Ball Offer" on my trade-in. If they would have been honest and up-front they could have had the sale. When will dealers learn that people simply want to buy a car, not play the haggle game? Had they offered me the Kelly Blue Book or the NADA trade value, I would be driving a new car, instead as I told VINCE I was not going to deal without my wife looking, yet he pushed. The same dealer 4 years ago told me they "could not deal over the phone or internet for someone "handicapped". Everyone had to come into the dealer to get a price. So today I found that it was a boxing match. Vince, the salesman had me sign a form to "start the negotiation" according to him". Well I should have been careful, as he used that as authorization for a "Credit Report Inquiry". There would be no problem had he disclosed truthfully. You see my wife was home recovering from Radiation treatments. Both she and I are totally disabled with Heart Failure. I don't think we need stress. I did not need her to think I was doing something without her knowledge. The competitive dealer asked up front to obtain a credit report . At age 68, I don't like to fight to give someone my money, but if they are "fair", "open", and "honest"; then I will deal. By the way, I came in for Service and a New Car deal, Service was Great. Lawyers and Car Salespeople will never gain respect when they deal like this. More
