I still love my car that I bought at Vision Ford Lincoln Hyundai. I never thought that I could afford a new care, and came in to the dealership looking for a used vehicle. The salesman was amazing. He just quietly asked if I had ever thought about a new care after looking at several of the used vehicles he had to offer. The ball was in my court, and I was able to find exactly what I wanted at a price I could afford. I would buy here again. The whole process was painless, and I felt like I was well taken care of. Then after the purchase. I came back few times for things like "how do I work my new radio"? Even with simple questions like that I felt respected, and they always helped me. I have been back to get oil changes twice. The whole team at the dealership and mechanic area are wonderful to work with. I highly recommend them. More

Great Service Just moved from Washington State and I was told when I moved there back in 2015 the Service at our local dealer was bad really bad. I tried to make an appointment by phone and had to leave a message which never got returned. Sent an email which never got answered and on they web site tried to make an appointment and never received a call. Fast forward to 2020 and I found Vision Ford dealer in Alamogordo, NM to be the complete opposite, made an appointment on their web site and received a call the next day to confirm the appointment. Check in was effortless and I was so surprised how many times they came in to update the status on my vehicle. I appreciate good customer service. They will get my continued business.
