Repair estimate provided was double the book price. Stated they submitted claim to Dodge but did not. I was forced to take a tire repair that three tire dealers told me was outside the margin of safety due to location. I went to get an oil change and a tire rotation and waited for the vehicle to be completed at the dealership. It took over an hour and a half to complete and on top of that they damaged each rim.
