After going to a different dealer and not getting the problem with my check engine light resolved. The guys at vision got me in and out quickly and the problem corrected the 1st time in! The professional problem with my check engine light resolved. The guys at vision got me in and out quickly and the problem corrected the 1st time in! The professionalism was incredible and Frank did a tremendous job dealing with the service advisory and Jim was tremendous as well when coming in to drop off truck. Any other issues with my Ram going foward if there were any to happen, I will be visiting Vision again! More

Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. But, I was there for an oil change and inspection, it took 3 hours! I questioned after 2.5 hrs and was told that they didn't have their express worke But, I was there for an oil change and inspection, it took 3 hours! I questioned after 2.5 hrs and was told that they didn't have their express workers there so it was taking longer. When I got my car back the computer screen was not programmed back to what it came to them with and it was difficult for me to reprogram. I would think that after 3 hrs I should have been able to get in and just drive home. I'm hoping this was just an off day because everyone was so nice. More

Vision Dodge provided great service for my Dodge Journey. They did my oil change, tire rotation, and replaced my rear wiper blade in a very short time while I waited.
