Knowledgeable salesman So we went to this dealership on a whim. I called and spoke to the Salesman, Charles, on Monday night 8/12/2019 and after our conversation decided to So we went to this dealership on a whim. I called and spoke to the Salesman, Charles, on Monday night 8/12/2019 and after our conversation decided to go see hi in person and to look at a Dodge Ram truck. We decided to lease the truck and pick it up the next day. Upon arrival the next day they were behind and had to wait on them to start the paperwork. Upon vehicle delivery it was discovered that it had NOT even been detailed for customer delivery. We were not happy that we needed to return the next day to get this done. We arrived the next day on Wednesday at 2 pm to get the truck detailed and again stuff was not done. Very unhappy with the starting of this relationship. Update as of 8/19/2019 21:30 hours I brought my truck in to get detailed today as it should have initially been done. Dropped off the truck around 11:30-12:00. Met with Joe the owner and was graciously given a similar vehicle to drive while mine was being detailed. Picked my truck back up around 3 pm and it was in top notch, show room detail. The individual that detailed my truck took very good care of it as if it were him own. The inside and outside looked awesome. At this point, even with the initial things that occurred, I would HIGHLY recommend Charles and the Owner Joe to any and all people that I know that are looking for a pick up truck. Overall much happier with the final outcome. Thank you Joe and your team for coming through with great expectations. More
