I made an appointment for a recall, oil change & inspection. When I got there I was told they couldn't do the recall. The other work was done & was great. I brought my car in for an inspection (with an appointment) and it still somehow surprised them that I was coming in. After the inspection was complete, the tech let me know that I needed new brak appointment) and it still somehow surprised them that I was coming in. After the inspection was complete, the tech let me know that I needed new brakes soon. I immediately felt like this was dishonest, especially considering I had just gotten new brakes just last year…from the same service department. So that tells me one of two things, either they’re lying to me, or they sold me bad brakes last year, because we drive this Jeep about half as often as our other car. I do not think I’ll be taking our cars here again. More

Johnny was a great help, and everyone was so friendly and nice. A gentlemen even grabbed me a can of Diet Coke when I was short .50 cents for the vending machine!
