Took my jeep in for a specific service, which I identified. Their technician decided it was something else... which was fixed for almost $1000. Then, still not working correctly and, guess what, th identified. Their technician decided it was something else... which was fixed for almost $1000. Then, still not working correctly and, guess what, the thing I specifically took it there for now needs to be replaced as well... even more money. Supposedly the service manager "investigated" and determined that, no surprise, they did nothing wrong and somehow my jeep needed all of this work for one small issue. If I had known that repairing a minor issue would end up being this expensive, I would NOT have gotten the work done. Don't feel I can trust them anymore at this point. It is unfortunate, since I have not had issues in the past. More
