That evening, I promptly got on line to view current pricing and inventory for a Santa Cruz that I had test drove back in September. I had never been to Victory before, but they had one on their lot, and I entered my information, that I would try to stop in the next day to look at it and take a test drive. I received a couple of e-mails confirming my interest. When my husband and I entered the dealership, we were greeted by a pleasant young man, and sitting at a desk in front was Jeannie. She knew exactly who I was from the e-mail I had submitted the evening before. She was full of excitement & very eager to show me the Santa Cruz that I had been viewing online the evening before. Jeannie provided lots of details about the vehicle, and promptly got me in it to take a test drive. It was missing one key feature that I had really wanted, so she showed us some others on the lot, which had more bells & whistles than I really needed or wanted. Derrick came and assisted, and provided us with a couple of quotes. I was still reeling from the news of my other vehicle, explained the situation, and asked if my sick car would have any value to them as spare parts, not necessarily "trade-in". Derrick ran some more numbers. I was still not quite ready to pull the trigger, so my husband and I left to get some lunch and discuss the entire situation. Derrick offered us to take the Santa Cruz to lunch and then come back after we had a chance to discuss further. Very much appreciated the gesture, but we did not do that. Jeannie followed up with me again via e-mail later that day to see if I had any more questions. I had a few more phone calls that evening with Derrick, he provided me with additional options and quotes, to try and get me closer to a payment I desired. I went back the following day, and Jeannie even came in on her scheduled day off, to follow through with getting me into my Santa Cruz. Jeannie, Derrick & Gabe were very patient, pleasant and thorough, and made my unplanned transaction go much smoother than anticipated. More

The Hyundai service department did not fix the very issue I took it in to have repaired. This was after Victory bought the dealership and moved it to Austinburg. They did not enter our information correctly I took it in to have repaired. This was after Victory bought the dealership and moved it to Austinburg. They did not enter our information correctly into the system. My husband’s middle name was entered instead of his last. They entered his phone number incorrectly. Therefore they could not reach us when the part arrived. When they supposedly fixed it, I had to leave for 5 months with a broken car that I paid to have fixed. Now they will not refund me. They want me to go to another dealer in another state, pay them to fix it and let Victory know what the outcome is. I am saddened that they have destroyed my trust in Hyundai. More

Satisfied I was pleasantly satisfied with my experience in purchasing my car from Nassief. Jack Morris showed my husband and I a few models that would fit our needs, one of them was the Hyundai Tucson. I did test drive a new Toyota RAV4 as well as the Hyundai, but I liked the way the Hyundai handled better than Toyota’s RAV4. We did run into a few snags during the financing part of the sale, but Sandy Orlando was able to work with us, and for that I am extremely grateful. More
