Paul the service advisor was great, I was on vacation when my Trailblazer had a small problem. Paul got right on the problem and told me what was wrong with my truck and how much it would be. Russell was super helpful with the repairs that were made to my vehicle today, April 21, 2011. I had a problem with the liftgate, ya'll had the parts and he got someone right on it. Our family was driving back from Mobile to Huntsville on a Sunday night. Got as far as Alabaster and the coolant emptied in a parking lot. Thought I could limp back by refilling, but what I put in ran out a Sunday night. Got as far as Alabaster and the coolant emptied in a parking lot. Thought I could limp back by refilling, but what I put in ran out. Luckily had family nearby that could lend a car to get us home. Left the car. Called Victory the next morning, hoping something could be done without me driving 2 hours back down. Got Paul Deerman. He gave me a number for a local towing company and took all my information. Once it got to Victory, I got an email from Paul letting me know. Paul kept me up to date during the process, knowing I was 2 hours away. Turned out to be a broken water pump, he got the parts, got it fixed, kept me updated. When he was sure everything was fixed, he had me come down, met me when I got there, went over what was done, and got me back on my way. More

I had a wonderful experience buying a car from Mike and Mary. Mary was our first contact with the dealership. She was very nice and helpful. The SUV we chose was damaged on the lot the day before we were t Mary. Mary was our first contact with the dealership. She was very nice and helpful. The SUV we chose was damaged on the lot the day before we were to come to test drive and purchase. Mary called and even sent a picture to us so we could decide if we wanted to make the 3 hour trip. When we decided to wait till the SUV was fixed, Mary kept us informed on the progress. We came the day the SUV was finished and was greeted with a warm welcome. The receptionist was very nice and was great with my toddler. We soon met Mike and got to drive our SUV. Mike was very informative and courteous. He took us for a drive and showed us the nice city. Mike was very helpful in getting the paperwork filled out and processed. Mike had the SUV cleaned one last time before we left which is going the extra mile. Mike has called since to check on us and make sure all is well. I have already recommended Victory GMC Truck to a friend and will continue to tell people of the experience I had with Mike and Mary. Our experience with Victory was a great one. We already have one car and found ourselves in need of another one. When thought about who to go to and Victory was our #1 choice. My only complaint...........grease on the driver's door near the handle and gear shift and the car spelled so strongly of maybe nitrogen or??????????
