She ask me what we were wanting to come look at I told them she said they would be looking for me in the morning . Well they were Dustin was getting the car we coming to look at to the front ready for us to test drive .We drove a couple that we did not like and he had a car that was coming back to the lot in a few hours he took my number and said he would come to us so that we could test drive it . So he did we took it on a little test drive & liked it . So he siad he would take and get it gased up & cleaned so we could come get it in a couple hours . We got there did the paper work no waiting everything was quick which we loved even though we didnt like the 399 fee (for who knows what )or that there was only 1 key to the car . I was in my old car when we left ,when my hubby got home he said they did not clean it up & was missing a floormat. Also much to our disappointment after 2 days of drivng it we found out we had to have the rotors turned because the car shook when breaking downhill (we didnt have any hills in the test drive ) and the car needed a 4 wheel alignment. cost of 178.00 we would have expected that from a 4-5 thousand dollar car,but not a 12,000 one . I feel that things like that should be checked before selling a car It took 10 minuites to see if it needed the alignment. and about 30 to check the brakes . Something the service department said they had checked on the checklist that was in the car. More

Nate was very personable, very down-to-earth. When we asked him questions, he answered them clearly, so that we could understand. He made even our children comfortable. I felt that Dan did a very good job of showing me the vehicles that I was interested in. He also showed them to my son at a different time and was glad to do it.
