After having recently totalled my pickup, I was searching for a replacement. I searched the internet for something as far away as Nebraska. My wife and I found Victory online and began our search for a vehicle. The staff at Victory worked with us for a number of days trying to find the best vehicle for our needs. We will go back to Victory in the future for all of our automobile purchases. More

I recently visited Victory GMC for new brakes front and rear on my truck. I paid a little over a grand and my truck was worse when I left than when I dropped it off. My brakes shake and my parking brake didnt work when I left. I went back the following week and was given a rental truck to drive while they tried to figure out what they had done wrong. When I picked up my truck the next day they told me that they turned the new rotors I had just purchased to fix the problem. Rotors can only be turned twice in a lifetime. So now I have new rotors that have already been turned and my truck still shakes when I stop. In return they gave me $100 and a thank you for doing business with them. Needless to say I am never taking any of my vehicles back to Victory not even for a simple oil change. I do not recommend Victory GMC to anyone for any reason other than if you want to spend a lot of money to mess your vehicle up. Not to mention this is the second time I have had a problem with their service department. I took the same truck up there before with a starting problem. I was told it was a security switch in my ignition which was going to cost about $450. I paid for the work and picked up my truck. The next day I went out to start my truck and the same problem. Took it back up there and within 5 minutes they found that it was just a bad relay that cost $10. They told me sorry, it happens sometimes. More

I went into Victory not expecting much, but boy was I wrong. Mike was a pleasure to work with, and the selection of vehicles was outstanding. The car deal was fine, no problems. After the sale where I was promised the Onstar and XM radio would be working, they didn't.
