Can speeds not working. Brought truck because only one fan sped "high" was working. Dropped truck off for diagnosing this problem, I was called part in stock picked up truck Brought truck because only one fan sped "high" was working. Dropped truck off for diagnosing this problem, I was called part in stock picked up truck same day, a resister was replaced. Credit from previous servicing paid for over half of this unexpected problem. I now enjoy full fan option once more. Thank you ford service department. More

While working out the particulars, the Parts Department told us in addition to our oil change, Mom's breaks had seen better days. They offered us a loaner, a brand new escape. We had Mom's car later that afternoon and the new car the next day. Never had such a smooth experience in other dealerships in Sales or Service. Thanks Verner-Cadby for making our life easier and working in our budget. 👏👏👏 More

I called Rich at the Verner-Cadby Service department because I needed an This may be my second or third review of Verner-Cadby's service department. I called Rich at the Verner-Cadby Service department because I needed an alignment and some other items checked on my car. I mentioned I needed a loaner. When I arrived, Rich had all the paperwork prepared and I was in my loaner and on my way in minutes. I dropped the car off at 7:30 and he calls me at 9:30 to let me know the service has been done and the car is ready for pick up. I bought my car at Verner-Cadby, which is a good distance from my home in West New York, NJ. There are probably 2-3 Ford dealerships closer to my home and office, but I'll keep bringing my car to Verner-Cadby for service because they are professional, prompt, and do quality work. It seems cars always need servicing at the worst times - when you don't have a second car to use, when you want to go on a trip and when your teenager didn't tell you it was time for an oil change. Leased another car 2 months early. Guys were great to deal with. I knew exactly which car I wanted, found it on their inventory web site, and they had it in stock just like the site says. My time is extremely valuable and I let them know that. They did the deal in 20 minutes- no hassles. Pick up 2 days later- 45 mins. Plates- 48 hours later. What a pleasure. No hassle. Love the car. I've not had any issues with the Service dept for the previous lease either. Tom is a very easy to work with Sales guy who follow's through. More
I love this dealership and always have. Anyone posting a negative review simply doesn't understand the process and stipulations of buying a car. My entire family owns fords and we all have used the sales and service department at Verner. I am truly confused about the negative reviews- I'd ignore them and see for yourself. Paul is a wonderful sales person, attentive to detail and he truly cares. I will be back, I trust them entirely and will never go anywhere else. GO SEE FOR YOURSELF!!! More
