Sold me a headache I recently purchased a 2010 Explorer from Verner-Cadby, I know buying an 8 year old care im not getting anything showroom condition or certified pre I recently purchased a 2010 Explorer from Verner-Cadby, I know buying an 8 year old care im not getting anything showroom condition or certified pre-owned, but I figured a ford dealership selling a used ford would at least know how to mechanically inspect one of their own products before listing it for sale. Thank god for the power train warranty, but they sold me a car with a bad torque converter. I had to bring it to a local dealership near my residence to get it serviced. After 2 weeks of not having a car i finally got it back they never contacted my to send me my registration when the transferred my plates from my old car and when i took delivery of it, it was like the wiped it down with a used tissue the car was filthy I wouldn't ever deal with them again More

I have never had an issue in fact they bend over backwards to help you keep your car in excellent running condition. The associates are friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. I've have bought, sold, leased, had body work done and always have my cars serviced by Verner I am always satisfied. They are also very accommodating when their is a special request (My loaner has to be a car--no SUV) LOL. The people at Verner-Cadby should give lessons in customer service.
