Every time I go in for an oil change they tell me a new thing is wronge with the car. I always have my dad look at it and he confirms I don't need what they say. Last time I was in my windshield wiper sto thing is wronge with the car. I always have my dad look at it and he confirms I don't need what they say. Last time I was in my windshield wiper stopped and they told me it was the motor and had to replace the whole thing for 1200.00 and had to leave it for days. I took it to a local machanic and he said the bolt was loose and fixed it in 30 minutes for 90.00. I feel like they always are looking to pad the bill. This place is close to my house but sad to say they are not honest. More
They helped me get oout of my existing lease and into a new Ford which I have been more than overly delighted with. I feel like King of the Road in my brand new Ford Fusion. The salesperson, Darlene was new Ford which I have been more than overly delighted with. I feel like King of the Road in my brand new Ford Fusion. I've bought all my new cars from Verner-Cadby and have had nothing but positive experiences with grest deals. I recently went for an oil change after hours and the team got me in for a last minute appoint had nothing but positive experiences with grest deals. Do NOT go to Verner Cadby Ford- Especially if Andrew Farrant is still employed there!!! He completely cheated & lied to me. I only went there to have them look at my lease 1 month early. He told me how Farrant is still employed there!!! He completely cheated & lied to me. I only went there to have them look at my lease 1 month early. He told me how much money I'd save by doing so. I signed papers for a '11 Fusion- paying $315 a month, which is a HORRIBLE deal. I still had to pay for my last month lease on my other car, which I had already handed in. AND worst of all, I JUST got a bill for my other lease that I had handed in for $1,795 for supposed damage on the car (brakes, tires, etc- things that they change regardless, when reselling the car). He told me that with our 'deal', I wouldnt be charged for anything. It was such a huge lie. When my current lease is up- if 'Andy' Farrant is still there- I wont even think about getting a new car with them. ALSO- the service is HORRIBLE!!! I have so many examples- I'd bring my car in for maintence, such as an Oil Change- which is ALWAYS takes them a day to do- and they would call me mid-day with atleast 2 other things that needed to be replaced or fixed. (PS- your oil changes cost almost $50 there- and they don't even rotate your tires or anything. Its just a flat out oil change). If you want a good deal- do not go see Andrew Farrant. If Verner Cadby Ford still has him employeed, don't even go there. He is so useless. As soon as you sign the papers on ur new car- he will treat you like your nothing. Trust me on this- Its happened to me twice. AND after this past experience with Andy & Verner Cadby Ford- I found out that this is a common occurence with how they treat there customers, and how they try to get as much money as possible. They are HORRIBLE! Andrew 'Andy' Farrant is horrible. I'm going to keep commenting on this to let everyone know the truth. I'm going to contact Ford and also let them know about this too. Hope no one gets cheated, treated, AND lied to like how they did to me. More
I love this dealer. I recently returned a leased car and leased a new one. The Sales guys are down to earth solid guys. Very honest. Tom and Carl are excellent. Easy to deal with. THEY DO NOT HIDE FEES for all kinds of extra 'paperwork' like many other dealers do. They got me the car I wanted at the price I wanted and it was ready when they said it would be ready. The paperwork was painless (I hate paperwork)and they were just the nicest guys to deal with. No pressure at any step in the process. They worked with me and followed through. I have had experience with many car dealers- Saturn, Mazda, Toyota, and Honda. These guys are honest. Don't expect to be sucked up to or waited on- that's not how they do it. I personally like that. These guys sell cars to people who like cars. Also, their service department is excellent. Very good and trustworthy. You won't go wrong going to this place- but go in expecting a down to earth experience. The best way to describe this experience; its the car dealer version of going to your local hardware store of days gone by- not Lowes or not some high end kitchen remodeling place, but the local guy who really helped you and was honest because he was a local part of the community. Tyler and Rich got me a vehicle to drive for free all day so I didn't have to take a day off work. The service department got my vehicle in quickly, found my problem, and had me back on the road by 5:00 that evening. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, their price was great, the service was speedy, and everyone from the service department to the office to the sales department was incredibly welcoming and friendly. When it's time for a new car I'll be shopping at Verner-Cadby Ford. More
I had a very bad experience with this dealer. They were incredibly rude. Major attitude!! So rude I walked out and didn't purchase the vehicle that had already been financed. I recently purchased a new Ford Fusion Hybrid from Vener-Cadby Ford. Initially I located the model w/ the options I wanted online and called up their sales office, letting them know roughly when I'd Vener-Cadby Ford. When I arrived, the vehicle was parked out front ready to go. The salesman (Cenab Tatar) was friendly, professional and accomodating. He answered all my questions and more regarding incentives, financing, warranty, features, pricing, etc. Most importantly, I felt he was entirely honest. I also appreciated how efficient and smooth everything worked out as I was in a big time crunch and needed the car ASAP. Overall, an enjoyable experience and one I would easily recommend. More
