The Customer Service team, particularly Giovanni and his assistant, are excellent. They kept me informed throughout the process and resolved the issues that arose. My issue is with the mechanical expertis assistant, are excellent. They kept me informed throughout the process and resolved the issues that arose. My issue is with the mechanical expertise. This is the second time that I have had issues after repair should have been complete. The first time was a previous service, when the mechanic failed to screw on the new oil filter completely, leading to a massive oil spill on my driveway and having to go to a nearby Jiffy Lube to resolve the issue. This time, brakes seized up following brake service. Even if not the result of mechanic error (plausible), the fault should have been detected during a post service test drive. It was immediately evident during the drive home after pickup (burning smell, hot wheels). Nevertheless, Giovanni and his team were extremely responsive, and the repair cost adjustment was very fair. The vehicle is running well although the windshield washer low fluid level warning light stays continually on, even with a full reservoir. More
