This was the most incredible car buying experience by far. I was greeted by the salesman TJ. He was very knowledgeable, extremely patient and helpful. He made the process seem less, with no unnecessary added pressure to buy. Once I made my decision to buy, I met Carlito the finance guy. Carlito wasn’t pushy, nor trying pressure me into adding more options than necessary. He was also patient. Made sure I understood everything I was signing. The dealership itself was nice and clean. There was a nice pleasant scent throughout the building. They offered complimentary refreshments and coffee. The staff were friendly. It was definitely worth driving an hour to go to Vera dealership. I would highly recommend asking for TJ. I am thrilled with my Cadillac XT4! Thanks again T.J and staff!! More

They were amazing to work with.
