I would have rather paid 5k more to another dealer with better customer service and owner support. if you want to buy a vehical and be treated great before purchase and horrible after go to this place. If anyone wants to contact me I would be more than happy to provide all of my emails to this compnay as well as recorded phone calls. Maybe you will receive better service if you are local. If you are purchasing out of state like i did consider this a warning. More
Was happy with the service until I had a major problem with my 2011 Cadillac CTS-V Coupe. The rear differential over-heated (not VERA's fault) but they way they handled it and treated me was horrible. Aft with my 2011 Cadillac CTS-V Coupe. After waiting THREE WEEKS with no car, the service manager Daryl offered to make my car payment that month. Knowing it was too good to be true, I recorded the phone call and a month later when I called to find out why I hadn't received a check he replied back with "what check?" - I gave him a few chances to right his wrongs and apologize for lying and move on with the repair (they actually replaced the differential and when I got back on the road the same day it went out again... did they even actually replace it?) but instead he went to corporate before I did and lied again, telling them I "threatened his life" and accusing ME of lying about the car payment he offered. Sure enough, when I played the recorded phone call to GM Corporate they righted HIS wrongs and replaced my vehicle and treated me the way a customer who just bought a $75,000 car should be treated. Be careful when dealing with this dealership!!! I bought my second CTS-V Coupe from Ed-Morse Bayview on Sunrise and US1 and they have treated me like royalty; the way a customer should be treated!!! More

I went through independent financing on 3 different 2010 CTS, they sold the first out from under me. The second was delivered in, and after a 6 day wait, they then discovered it was not the luxury model as promised. They call me back the same day stating that they found another matching my description, I proceeded with the financing paperwork for the third time, they get the wrong color delivered. These guys are not fit to be in sales, not just the salesmen, bit management as well. More
traded 2008 cts lease for a new 2011 cts lease on jan 31st 2011 at 8 pm in the evening.on feb 1st the very next morning i recieve in the mail an offer from cadillac that states if you trade your existin 31st 2011 at 8 pm in the evening.on feb 1st the very next morning i recieve in the mail an offer from cadillac that states if you trade your existing lease in for a 2011 lease we will rebate you 4 payments on your old lease in which i had 2 remaining and give you a new set of calloway golf clubs....when i spoke with yvette and jorge morales they told me alot of people were complaing and they would take care of it..keep in mind that vera williamson cadillac has a 3 day return policy for any reason .....4 days later they called me and said we are sorry but you signed the lease the night before the offer started..so warning to anybody thinking of purchasing a car from vera williamson cadillac buick they are unethical and dishonorable and i would never recomend them or ever purchase a vehicle at that dealership......
