I would like to express my deep disappointment with the treatment I received from Reinaldo during the service process involving my two Cadillac vehicles, the Lyriq and the Vistiq\. The recall on my Vistiq limits the functionality of the seats and the cargo space, which was precisely one of the reasons I chose this vehicle\. When I suggested reasonable compensation, such as an EV charging card, his reaction was dismissive and appeared to mock my request\. The most disappointing incident occurred when I asked him to charge my Lyriq before returning it\. He laughed and responded, “How am I supposed to charge it? That’s like paying for gasoline, and I’m not going to do that\.” I find this response entirely inappropriate for a professional representing a dealership of this caliber\. Additionally, I repeatedly requested that the charging port door on my Vistiq be repaired, as it has been malfunctioning, but that concern apparently was not addressed\. I chose this dealership because of the exceptional treatment I initially received from the general manager and the owner\. Unfortunately, Reinaldo’s lack of empathy, courtesy, and professionalism has significantly changed my perception of the dealership and left me with very little desire to do business there again\. It is disappointing that an experience that began with such excellent service has ended on such an unfavorable note\. More
