Absolutely, as I would look forward to helping you meet your high standards so that other customers do not have the same bad experience which could have led to tragic circumstances. Situation as follows - My brakes were making a screeching sound and I was told by an independent mechanic that I needed new brakes. I brought my vehicle to Vera Cadillac for a service and brake check. I was charged for the service and some extras(?), but was told the brakes were fine. I asked for a service report booklet and was told it was not available as the system was down, which was a problem as i like to keep all my records on file. I was shown the report on a screen by the service rep that everything was fine and all check boxes green, and that the screeching noise was no problem as they could not hear it. I drove to Naples a day later and got a flat (unrelated to service), took it in to Tire Kingdom to repair the tire and when they took it off they showed me I was in bad need of brakes asthey were well below 10% and not safe to drive with my family back from Naples, as they could fail and damage the calipers. I took it into to another mechanic and had them replaced just in time as they were completely "shot". I now have no screeching and car is braking properly, both independent technicians cannot believe how anyone could have missed something so obvious to the naked eye. So between this, the no service records, not even a simple replacement of a windshield wiper, it is hard to trust Vera Cadillac ever again - hope this helps, feel free to call me.
