I live in the Pinehurst area, but chose to take my business to High Point as a result of the professional manner in which I was treated from the moment I arrived at the dealership through the point of business to High Point as a result of the professional manner in which I was treated from the moment I arrived at the dealership through the point of sale, several months later. The vehicle that I wanted was not readily available, but the team was committed to finding exactly what I wanted, and didn't expect me to settle for less. Although it took several months to locate, instead of waiting for the vehicle that was on order and not due until October, the team made arrangements to trade with another dealership and had the 2011 Juke SL that matched my specifications ready for delivery 8/24. I picked up my Juke on Friday August 26th, and as Curtis would say, "drove it off the showroom floor". I couldn't be happier with the vehicle or the experience I had through the months at Vann York's High Point Nissan. We had a really great experience buying from Lamar at Vann York's High Point Nissan. The staff was so friendly in fact that they lured us all the way from Martinsville to their little dealership to do b Vann York's High Point Nissan. They were very competitive in every respect, but above all else, the attitudes and courtesy of the staff sold us on a vehicle that is not yet very easy to get. It's a shame the dealership is located so far away from us, we would love to go back regularly to visit and have our vehicle serviced there! More

The customer service was great! The facility was clean and welcoming. The staff was friendly and patient; offering detail explainations of charges, services, car features, set-up and maintenance. From the moment we walked through the doors we felt very comfortable. No high pressure techniques were used. Everyone was extremely friendly and answered any questions I had. Billy and Curtis were so helpful and great to work with. Thet found the exact truck my husband wanted and the deal they worked out for us was far better that we expected.
