Purchased a 2012 Murano from Vann York's High Point Nissan recently. Staff was courteous. Sales Associate, Russell McDowell, was very knowledgable about the Murano. He walked us around and through the Nissan recently. Staff was courteous. Sales Associate, Russell McDowell, was very knowledgable about the Murano. He walked us around and through the car very thoroughly. We left with our new Murano feeling like we were settled in already. Our Murano was featured on the website at a really good price, so we made the 20 mile trip! So far, the staff in Service has been very friendly and accommodating. Since the dealership isn't one of the "big box dealers", it has a more family friendly feel to it - we don't feel like we're just another number to them. That makes us want to keep coming back. We'd highly recommend working with Russell and with Craig Spencer in Service. Would have rated quality of service work higher, but have had limited - but positive - experience with them so far. Certainly plan to maintain vehicle through this dealership. More

He suggested something I may be interested in lookiing at on my way out and gave me literature on it. By Monday, February 27th, he had called to find out my thoughts. When I shared my concerns, he understood and had an alternative in mind that he wanted me to consider. I stopped by and really liked what he had in mind and the price was pretty good, but I told him I was going to look a little further. I started researching the model online to be better informed about that type of car that evening. I emailed Curtis all my questions and he called me the next day. By Tuesday, February 28th, I was taking a friend with me that has helped me work on my cars to help me see if this was really as good a deal as I thought it was and check out the car. By that evening, I was leaving with the car. It was even the colors and features I would have chosen for myself had I ordered it custom built. It was like Curtis had read my mind. I have been constantly telling others about my deal and referring them to Curtis and Vann York High Point Nissan. I was really well taken care of and I feel like he really listened and addressed my every need. More
My car buying experience with High Point Nissan was very smoothe from the moment I drove on to their lot. Lucas was very knowledgeable of the car I was looking at and very supportive during the whole purch smoothe from the moment I drove on to their lot. Had bad experiences with a Nissan dealer in Colorado Springs 12 years ago but the excellent experiences with Van York Nissan definitely brings me back as a happy Nissan customer. (1) I felt Scott was truely want to help me to get a car I wanted and worked with his manager to give me the price I was willing to pay (2) I felt they (Scott and his manager - Walter) were very patient to work with me. I and my wife did not felt any pash at all. really did not have any felling of normal fraustration we had with other dealers before (3) the quality of their work is excellent. in a short time we were educated about the car, the features, get good recommendation of the options and even colors. we are very pleased about what we got (4) the car itself is excellent too. Got a 2012 ALtima SL - felt the driving experinces, the control, the quality of the car are very good - just as teh described by the Consumer Reports. (5) what (features and options) we got for the money are pretty good - strongly recommend the (Bose) audio option More
The sales staff were extremely pleasant to deal with and answered all questions as fairly possible. My only regret is not showing up earlier in the day rather than late afternoon. I believe I would have had time to review other options and not being rushed due to the end of the month deals. If I had to do it all over again with this dealership, I would. The only exception I would have made, would be to request a quote when comparing vehicles, to list the total walk out the door price for each car viewed. Having those figures would have made my decision making a little better. More
