Treated like Crap I had wanted to purchase a new vehicle for a long time and stopped by one day and ended up getting a 2014 f-150, which I thought would be a great truc I had wanted to purchase a new vehicle for a long time and stopped by one day and ended up getting a 2014 f-150, which I thought would be a great truck for me. Within the first tank of gas, the truck started having vibration issues so I took it in for service and they balanced the wheels and tires and said they couldn't find anything wrong. Well that didn't do anything and it has consistently gotten worse. I have contacted service multiple times and they were "looking into it" Its been almost two months now and they've done nothing and don't seem to want to. I have a brand new F-150 parked in my driveway because it vibrates so bad the visors shake and you constantly feel it. Because I'm a woman, they tried to tell me that's how trucks drive. It didn't drive like that when I test drove it or I would have laughed! It should be covered under warranty. How would you feel if you spent that kind of money on something that broke within a few hundred miles and the dealership just blows you off? Vancouver Ford should go out of business if that's how they treat their customers. This was my first car buying experience from a dealership and I can not believe this is how they are allowed to treat people. They need to fix it right or take it back. More

This was my first car buying experience. I originally set out just to look and showed up at the dealership when they were closing up. Jacob was very professional, friendly, and honest. We bought two cars at the same time from this place and in less than 3 months, both have beenbeen back in for repairs.
