Had my F150 in for a recall; simple computer update. Got it back, someone changed the seat; okay but didn’t even try to put it back; side and cabin mirrors moved; headlights off Auto; dash dimmer on full bl it back, someone changed the seat; okay but didn’t even try to put it back; side and cabin mirrors moved; headlights off Auto; dash dimmer on full blast; drove home turned engine off Error msg: Battery Saver System Off, Restart Engine. I restarted ran for 15 minutes; msg again. Drove it; msg again. Called the shop was told batteries fail; no apology for the condition my F150 was in at pickup; told bring it in & I would be charged for diagnostic. Their tech obviously drained my battery. Probably left the door open; lights on, dash full bright, for the hour he had it. But they took no responsibility; never proposed this might happen and offer to charge up my battery; never apologized for the sloppy handling of my truck and disrespecting my interior. More

Brought my Sonata Hybrid in for recall assessment. Service was quick and as always the staff was Great! I use to bring my car in for regular service and oil changes but the prices have become too hi Service was quick and as always the staff was Great! I use to bring my car in for regular service and oil changes but the prices have become too high. I now use a local independent service provider that is more reasonable in labor and does a great job. But for important issues that can only be handled by a Hyundai dealer, I still bring my car into Vancouver Hyundai. More
