Tim the Service Advisor has been incredible! I have a brand new Mustang Mach E. I’ve had it towed twice to VF. (No issues with the car). My new car high went to a buzz kill very quickly. But Tim stepped brand new Mustang Mach E. I’ve had it towed twice to VF. (No issues with the car). My new car high went to a buzz kill very quickly. But Tim stepped up big time in both cases. My check engine light came on. I called and was told that the diagnosis tech was not available but they would put a note on my service call that was in 7 days. I did not want to drive with the check en that the diagnosis tech was not available but they would put a note on my service call that was in 7 days. I did not want to drive with the check engine light on so I took it to Jiffy lube. It took 10 minutes to do the engine diagnosis. A fuel injector had come loose and they plugged it in. When I went to my service appointment, The girl noticed the note on my slip and told my that the diagnosis tech was not available but could make an appointment for January. I said they could run the diagnosis while the car was being serviced just to make sure. She said they could not. They were backed up. This was not quality service. More

Jazmine in the Service Department was an example of excellent customer service, she asked questions, she listened to the answers. She offered a complimentary car wash even though it was raining, and y excellent customer service, she asked questions, she listened to the answers. She offered a complimentary car wash even though it was raining, and yes I do wash my car when it rains to eliminate the base grime on the paint. Her smile was evident behind her mask, she also reviewed and explained the charges. She was quite busy and kept up with it all quite beautifully. More
