Had A great experience at Vancouver Ford. This was my second purchase from them. I worked with Steve Bushey and he was great to work with. For this purchase, I ordered a Truck from the factory in order t second purchase from them. I worked with Steve Bushey and he was great to work with. The hardest part was waiting the 3+ months for the truck to be built (Limitation on when they where building the Superduty's) . Very good process getting the truck and if I had any questions they were right there ready to help. More

The start/stop issue was not fixed. The incorrectly installed handle from a previous repair was fixed and a grease mark was added. Very polite and helpful. Only thing l see is they are some what slow on there getting you in their systems. They give you a appointment but it feels like is just formality. Salesman are really rude. Service Deot was good but sales dept didn’t want to help because I didn’t buy from them. I just needed help with my blue link . I called the actual dealership for my first service on my new F350 knowing there has been a recall on rear facing cameras and it seemed appropriate to do both. The dealership said appointments were a couple new F350 knowing there has been a recall on rear facing cameras and it seemed appropriate to do both. The dealership said appointments were a couple weeks out but Quicklane could do my service on a walk in basis. I went to Quicklane and they got me in, reasonable wait time, friendly people, very attentive and helpful front desk guy. Positive oil change experience, however my recall was not addressed and I did expect to have my tire air pressures checked and filled. Since I was sent there by the Ford service department I guess I expected Ford services. Very good oil change experience, but the needs of my brand new very expensive Ford F350 were not met. I will use the dealership next time. But Quicklane and their people are good at what they do. More
