My daughter met them to talk about this and they said these things just happen, so they sell cars without disclosing damage. If you are dumb enough to go to Vancouver Ford make sure you ask for a carfax. This is their way of selling damaged vehicles. I guess having no integrity or ethics is how Vancouver Ford operates. The worst experience ever first off , we waited months for parts that never came , then we got our car fixed elsewhere, then when the parts finally came in they called and wanted the whole amount for part for parts that never came , then we got our car fixed elsewhere, then when the parts finally came in they called and wanted the whole amount for parts and labor that never happened, my advice is to take your business any where but ford, they garnished our bank account and also took everything out of our sons jr savings account, how’s it feel to take from a little kid … More
I have had an extremely poor experience with Vancouver Ford. First of all they said they could not get me into the service department for over 1 month to have my care looked at, for a part that should be Ford. First of all they said they could not get me into the service department for over 1 month to have my care looked at, for a part that should be covered by a defective transmission. Then the week of my appt they called and said they cannot get me in for another 6 weeks! I have been without a car for over 6 weeks now, and they wont even diagnose the problem. When I tried to talk to the service dept about my unhappiness with their service, they put me through to a voicemail where no one bothered to call back. When I tried calling back the lady told me, they had no problems with seeing me and no one was out of the shop that she was aware of and was very confused why I was even told they couldnt see me. I will be reporting this to BBB and to Ford's head office. More
