I ordered a 2022 Ford Maverick from Vancouver Ford. It was my first experience buying a new car and I chose Vancouver Ford based on good online reviews. I primarily worked with Darrell Hendricks, and he was happy to answer as many questions as I had and explained all the options without pressure. Because the Maverick is so popular I waited several months for it to be built and delivered, and Darrell was diligent about keeping me updated about the process. When I went in to pick up the truck and work out financing, etc., everything went smoothly and again my questions were answered with no pressure. I'm very happy with both the truck and with my buying experience and will recommend the dealership to others. More

This is the 2nd new vehicle I've purchased from Vancouver Hyundai. The sales process has always been fair. I have 3 year complimentary service on my 2021 Santa Fe. This was my first service appointment. I w Hyundai. The sales process has always been fair. I have 3 year complimentary service on my 2021 Santa Fe. This was my first service appointment. I was told it would be about 1 hour 15 minutes for the oil change, tire rotation, and recall service. I also was asked if I wanted a complimentary car wash, which i accepted though i had just washed the car a few days earlier. My vehicle was ready 2 hours later! The driver's side interior door panel (beige Napa leather) and dashboard had grimy black oil fingerprints (i have photos). The car's exterior had brown water spots over the entire vehicle, as though it was washed with dirty water and wasn't dried and allowed to dry in the sun. I had to wipe down the interior and rewash the exterior. It usually takes about 30-40 minutes at most to get the oil changed. My time factor in addition to the time re-washing the exterior and removing fingerprints on the interior are not worth the time for the "complimentary" service. I'd rather pay to have my vehicle elsewhere than spend MY time waiting or having to clean my vehicle after service. *The sales/management personnel listed below were not who i interacted with. However, this system would not allow me to proceed without rating them. I interacted with customer rep. Brenda at the Service Desk. She was kind and informative. More
