Their customer service is awful. (Salesperson seemed to not be involved in the mess) We tried to buy a car recently for our business. they listed a price then got us in there to driv (Salesperson seemed to not be involved in the mess) We tried to buy a car recently for our business. they listed a price then got us in there to drive it and THEN told us about an 8k mark up. Waste of time and we purchased from fleet in Salem for the price we should be paying. And then in the service dept when a mistake was made, it took going all the way to the GM to get help, and he was pretty rude and didn’t seem to care. I usually don’t give bad reviews but they were brutal. I have 4 trucks, and now a Bronco, and I will drive twice as far to service them and will never buy a car there. Sorry but they really need a customer service reboot. More
