Mr. Bishop arrived at 9:20am for a 10K service for his vehicle. At that time he was told that it would be an hour to perform such service. Mr. Bishop walked to a local coffee shop, and when Mr. Bishop returned He noticed the vehicle being driven into the shop. At this time he became combative and hostile with our employee. He raised his voice and began swearing at her. He then swore at our other service advisor, Tim McCarroll (this included the four letter word beginning with an “F”). I have conducted multiple interviews with witnesses whom are all prepared to testify under oath Mr. Bishop lost his temper and verbally assaulted our employees. Our Service Director, Jorge Juarez, came over to ask Mr. Bishop what was wrong and how he may help and Mr. Bishop yelled “you better find me an office where I can yell at you”. At this time Mr. Juarez asked Mr. Bishop to step out of the service reception area and take his vehicle with him. We have ample covered areas surrounding our entire facility whereas Mr. Bishop was welcome to reside. Ironically, the service was competed 10 minutes early, at 10:00am. Mr. Bishop had his partner post multiple one-star reviews on various social media sites as well as send an email to my partner, Jon Creedon, the Dealer Principal. When Jon called Mr. Bishop back offering to simply provide the service complimentary and part friends Mr. Bishop again began his typical bad behavior calling Mr. Creedon an “xxxxxxx”. Mr. Juarez was on this call as well. As a local business we take a strong position on any customer whom verbally assaults our employees and reserve the right to terminate service with any and all such people. We recommend that Mr. Bishop take his vehicle to any one of the more than 3,000 Ford dealers in the country as long as it is not Vancouver Ford. This customer has mischaracterized every single detail of this event while ironically having his partner, whom was never present at the said event provide every piece of written communication following the regrettable incident. As far as the Mache that Mr. Bishop has ordered we encouraged him to cancel it and then subsequently cancelled it ourselves. He needs to go to www.ford.com and order another- just select any dealer except Vancouver Ford for delivery. It is preposterous to believe these posts and the negative energy is unhealthy for all involved. We hope that Mr. Bishop and his partner can find peace. Vancouver Ford

It’s unfortunate the person responding to this concern wasn’t there himself that day, yet he is allowed to believe his staff but I as a woman, am not allowed the same grace. The disbelief and concern went further than the issue of the day, it was the fact someone was allowed to cancel the order we have had placed since last November. The disbelief and concern was a customer (long standing, repeat and a family which serves this county) was discarded with such little value. My peace comes from believing what is right will be done, that peace and belief in justice was shattered when my long standing deposit was returned today by Vancouver Ford. Business is business, this was personal and affected our family personally. I’m saddened by this, you should be too.
