They have some great "extras" like free car washes, and lifetime powertrain warranty. I did, however, decline an extra warranty as it made my monthly payment higher than I wanted, and I did have to ask for that to be removed rather than given the option to add it. Depending on your car or how you feel about warranties that may or may not matter to you, and they did remove it when I asked, so I got a great price on a 2013 Civic. Good car, very clean, Ellery made sure to check and record anything that they needed to still do for the car on the "we owe" sheet. More
Service department scam I brought my car in for an oil change and three recalls. While on the lift you called to say I needed a lower left ball joint and you wanted to fix it I brought my car in for an oil change and three recalls. While on the lift you called to say I needed a lower left ball joint and you wanted to fix it while it was on the left. I said no. When I picked up the car you said both ball joints are bad. I have that in writing on the service sheet you supply. I immediately took my car to Firestone to have it checked and they said my ball joints are fine. I then took it to Liepold for another inspection and they also said the ball joints are fine. I have it in writing from both places. I then sent a report to Kia and explained that Vandivere tried to scam me. I also sent a report to the BBB. I spent several hours of my time and money because of Vandivere. I will definitely let anyone that asks to not do business with Vandivere and why. Greg Embry More

They told me to call the title department, I then called them and they told me it hadn't been sent over yet. I honestly don't know what to do, I do have the vehicle for what that is worth. I can't licence it. All they want is your money and to get you the xxxx out of there. I was promised a lifetime drive train warranty and then was told it didn't qualify because I was out of state. I'm really surprised they can stay open. There is a new fool born everyday and I'm one of them. More
Train their technicians to deceive! Brought car in for repair under bumper to bumper warranty after checking to make sure it was covered only to be told that it most likely isn't. Had no courtesy cars, was told to go to enterprise and they would reimburse me IF the car was covered under warranty. Talk about not taking care of customers! You would think they would want repeat customers. NEVER AGAIN! More
