I had to involve Jeep customer service for the service guys to start diagnosing my 2021 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 4xe that has been on their service bay for one week.Without calling Jeep I would have to wait guys to start diagnosing my 2021 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 4xe that has been on their service bay for one week.Without calling Jeep I would have to wait for another 2 weeks according to the service advisor who also did not perform the oil change after the repair was fixed.In addition I was charged an hourly labor due to a small relay box that they had to remove to repair the issue (electric mode is not working)Very bad experience.
