Had my car towed here when I broke down 800 miles from home. We had an idea what the problem was so we leave the car and fly home. Because I knew there were other solutions I came and got the vehicle with truck/ trailer $2500 later from rental fees.i bought the time sert for $170 to fix my stripped spark plug not seating issue and it's fixed. Thanks for nothing but costing me more money. Roger was nice but the service manager should want to help people and not put them in a worse situation. There was a couple options you could have done there and you told me no, come get it. Unbelievable. More

I will not be returning to your dealership, nor will I be recommending this dealership to any of my family memebers, friends, or co-workers. It seems to me, that once you signed the papers for the purchase, the customer service goes out the window. And to think they told me a happy customer is a returning customer.
