Finance guy (Ross) was great and fast with all the paperwork. Inventory is decent - just wasn’t happy at all with the package that gets tacked on the number posted online. The stuff was very good but the was tough deal for me. First the cars not available in the dealer lots and should be go to another location to bring a car. I bought my car in a rainy day and they didn’t detail my car and they left trash in the middle console which is unacceptable. Plus those things no one spent time to teach me the car’s features and I still had issues. My other problem is the car doesn’t have sensors and it is really bad for one of the high end cars in 2023 with this price. No sensors and blind spots detection. Those are the safety features and really mandatory for the car. More

It took a while to get my urgent issue across to have my car seen. When my car was seen they provided me with a rental as promised and flowed through by keeping me in touch letting me know when car will be car seen. This was my first time using the service department. There are no clear directions provided for customers arriving. After going inside, I discovered you have to bring your vehicle in, go inside and wait to be greeted and assisted.
