Raed, no problem, I did send a detailed email with the entire experience, and the excerpts were what I included in this rating. I would recommend Westbrook to anyone asking about where to go for an auto or truck purchase. The only thing outstanding is that Amazon gift card that Chris just can't get anyone to move on - I noted that in my email as well. My name is Ian Bridge , I purchased the Ram 2500 Laramie truck about a month ago but there was a couple of issues with it. There was a leak in the back cabin and the rear seat would not fold up. Not sure why it has taken so long but you guys still have my truck after 3 weeks. I have been in communication with Hector on your service team and he last told me the parts came in last Friday.
