Thank you for the reply. Here is as Paul Harvey, a famous radio commentator used to say, "The rest of the story". I called again on Friday April 14th and spoke to Mario in Parts. He was conscientious, understanding and walked to the receiving area for large parts and confirmed that the part was in. 20 minutes later he was back, for the warehouse for large deliveries is down the block. In fact he stated that the part had arrived on the Saturday the 1st of April, almost a week before my original date that was scheduled for pickup, which was Thursday April 6th. He didn't have to tell me that, but this was ethical and open in admitting mistakes had been made. The parts were picked up on Saturday morning by me. He had brought them to the back door of the Parts department and it was a 15 minute visit and I was back on the road. What I would like out of this is to be able to drive down to Van Nuys for all of my scheduled pre-paid oil changes, and get in and get out in a reasonable length of time. Our Hadad dealership in Bakersfield has a dismal rating for practically everything related to selling, parts and service. Because of a few people in your dealership ( Lily, Nick, and Raed, Chris and Mario), and your reply... I have regained confidence that perhaps I will be treated "special" (yes we all like to think of ourselves like that, even if we aren't) and my hope is continuing to work with your dealership will be worth the trip to have my maintenance performed. Obviously there are other people working in parts that are not well trained or have an attitude that will continue to plague your team. Get rid of them, or get them onboard. Promote Mario to some position that suits his superior skills in customer service, for no doubt, he does this consistently and makes your dealership reflect the values your reply embodies. Please indicate if you would like me to have my service performed at Westbrook, otherwise I can try another dealership up north. Sincerely, Curtis Fisher
