Very unorganized. Sales people uneducated. They know they’re scamming you. Even when you layout the info infront of them. Went thru 5 hours of xxxxxxxx until manager f Sales people uneducated. They know they’re scamming you. Even when you layout the info infront of them. Went thru 5 hours of xxxxxxxx until manager finally noticed how frustrated we were. Sales person also was talking to us like we were stupid. He started using curse words. No level of respect in this dealership. Not an enjoyable place to get a vehicle. More

I took my vehicle in after it stalled on me in the middle of the road, I was told the complete fuel system was contaminated. They supposedly replaced the whole fuel system under warranty, which I’m grateful of the road, I was told the complete fuel system was contaminated. They supposedly replaced the whole fuel system under warranty, which I’m grateful for because they told me the cost was $15k. After i finally picked up my car these were the issues I experienced. 1 vehicle was kept for over a month without providing a loaner for warranty work 2 they wanted to charge me $900 to replace coolant temperature sensor, $40 part 3 vehicle was returned to me with a loose trailer hitch and lug nuts with 2 of them stripped out.
